No documents are required. However, we recommend you to verify the card in advance in order to avoid any problems when withdrawing funds to it in the future. You are required to provide a clear copy of the card used for depositing. The card must be signed by you. You have to hide the CVV code and all card digits, except for the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card.
In the event when the trading account is deposited in any currency other than the one, in which the trading account is opened, such funds will be deposited to the trading account on the basis of an internal exchange rate adopted by the Company at the date of deposit, and that can be found in the client's Members Area.
If the trading account cannot be deposited automatically, the appropriate application will be fulfilled within 2 working days after the client’s notice on depositing the trading account is received. Please, submit a ticket to the Payment Department with the screenshots/docs of the successful transfer of funds.
RoboMarkets charges no commission for funds withdrawal. Still, the commission may be taken by your bank or other payment systems used for withdrawal of funds. The execution of a manual withdrawal request from the Client’s account is accomplished by the Finance Department from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M (EET) in the Company’s working hours within 1 working day from the time a relevant application for the withdrawal of such funds has been confirmed in the Client's Members Area.
Also, our clients can use the automatic withdrawal system. The automatic withdrawal system is a service of the automatic processing of withdrawal requests allowing to reduce funds transfer time up to 1 minute. Requests may be processed not only in the working hours, but also at weekends, on holidays, even at night.

Clients can withdraw their funds only to the payment systems that were used for depositing in "Withdraw funds" section of their Members Area. In such case, in the first priority the funds are withdrawn to bankcards. If the withdrawal of funds is not possible into the payment systems that were used for depositing, clients can withdraw their funds through Bank Wire to a personal Bank account in "Withdraw funds" section in Members Area.
The purpose of a corresponding bank is to perform financial operations on basis of a correspondent agreement on behalf of other bank. You can specify some particular corresponding bank for making transfer, in case this bank’s conditions are more convenient for you. For example, the commission amount may be lower.
