Talent Acquisition Manager

Limassol, Cyprus

We’re seeking to hire a specialist for a Talent Acquisition Manager position, who will develop and improve the recruitment procedure, as well as sustain the company’s positive brand image (HR Brand).

Job requirements:

  • A “beginning-to-end” recruitment cycle (technically sophisticated positions, high requirements for both expertise and “flexible” skills)
  • Automation of the recruitment procedure 
  • Implementation of modern tools to attract and assess candidates
  • Development of positive candidate experience          
  •                       Onboarding and training
