Why does the MetaTrader 4/5 terminal state "No connection" when I try to connect to the server?

"No connection" could be due to poor Internet connection of the user, or server issues.

Recommended solutions:

  1. Make sure your Internet connection is stable and there are no issues with other applications.
  2. Try to rescan the servers, which are using the platform tools, by clicking "No connection" in the bottom right corner.
  3. Try to reconnect to your trading account.
