1. How do I login to the WebTrader platform?

   To login to the web-terminal, follow the link webtrader.robomarkets.com and enter the e-mail address and password you had specified during the registration of your Live Account.

   To open the desired account in the trading terminal, select this account from the list in the top left corner by clicking on it, and then enter your trading password.

2. Which account types are available in the WebTrader terminal?

   The platform supports all types of trading accounts that are based on MetaTrader 4, including real and demo accounts.

   No, not at present.

   The quotes history for each instrument is loaded when you scroll to the left of the trade chart, to earlier dates. You can download the complete history stored on the Company’s server.

   You need to "lift" the panel with the account information. To do this, click the icon with the two parallel lines above the chart and hold it.

   You can do the following without closing WebTrader RoboMarkets terminal window:

   1. Deposit funds into your active account ("Account" menu, "Funds" sub-menu).
   2. View RoboMarkets news ("Info" menu, "Company’s news" page).
   3. Read analytical reviews from RoboMarkets leading experts ("Info" menu, "Forex technical analysis & forecasts" page).
   4. Explore the Economic calendar ("Info" menu, "Economic calendar" page).

   In addition to the above, RoboMarkets offers all beginner traders a tour describing the platform, and a tutorial on how to trade on Forex using WebTrader.

7. Why can’t I find the MobileTrader application in App Store?

   The MobileTrader application is available for the countries listed below:

   Austria, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan.

   For trading on your iOS-based gadget, you can:

   1. Use the mobile version of the WebTrader terminal. To do this, go to webtrader.robomarkets.com on your mobile browser.

   Please note that the MobileTrader application in Play Store (Android) is available without any restrictions to residence countries.
