- How do I connect to my account in the terminal?Izdanje stranice
Follow the instructions below to connect your accounts to the MetaTrader 4/5 terminals.
Connecting to your account in the desktop version:
- In the "File" menu bar, "Login to trade account".
- In the next window, enter your trading account number and password.
- Then choose the server for your account type (see Compatibility of servers and Types of accounts).
- Tick the "Save account information" box to avoid signing up again (entering your login and password) every time you run the terminal.
When the connection is successful, the indicator in the bottom right hand corner will indicate its speed.
Connecting to your account in the application for iOS (MetaQuotes):
- Go to the application settings by tapping the icon with a "+" sign.
- Choose "New account" and then "Login to an existing account".
- Enter your account number and password, a server to connect to (see Compatibility of servers and Types of accounts).
- Tick the "Save password" box to avoid signing up again (entering your login and password) every time you run the terminal.
Connecting to your account in the application for Android (MetaQuotes):
- Go to the "Manage Accounts" section using the sidebar menu.
- Click the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the screen and choose "Login to an existing account".
- Enter your account number and password, a server to connect to (see Compatibility of servers and Types of accounts).
- Tick the "Save password" box to avoid signing up again (entering your login and password) every time you run the terminal.

- Download the required file from the "Download Centre" page of RoboMarkets website or your Members Area.
- Run the file on your PC, and install it following the instructions.

"No connection" could be due to poor Internet connection of the user, or server issues.
Recommended solutions:
- Make sure your Internet connection is stable and there are no issues with other applications.
- Try to rescan the servers, which are using the platform tools, by clicking "No connection" in the bottom right corner.
- Try to reconnect to your trading account.
