What do I do if MetaTrader4/5 displays "Invalid account"?

Make sure that the credentials you entered when connecting to your account are correct:

  • Account number.
  • Account password (do not confuse this with the Members Area password).
  • Server name.

If the credentials are correct, but you are still unable to connect to the server, then change the trading account password in your Members Area and try again.
