Webinars are dedicated to a lot of different topics, such as test-driving of EAs, stock market reviews, technical analysis, the latest and most important events of the financial industry. On this page, we answer the most popular and frequently asked questions about our webinars.

Webinars are held for free and available to anyone who wants to join. The latest information about our webinars can be found on "RoboMarkets events" page.
To register for a webinar, you have to fill a short from on “Events” page. Please note that participation in our webinars is available to any trader, even if they aren’t the Company’s clients.
About 5-10 minutes before the webinar begins, follow the link to MyOwnConference website you received. In the next window, enter your name or nickname. To access our webinars, you can also use your Facebook or Google profiles.
After clicking “Join”, you will be redirected to the webinar “room” where the event will be held. The webinar will start in due time specified in the schedule.
We use MyOwnConference platform for holding online events. During our webinars, RoboMarkets experts deliver lectures on the topic by sharing their computer screens with participants or showing presentations. Any participant can ask their questions in the chat and hosts will provide most detailed answers. Some days later (two or three), a recording of this webinar will be available on “Past events” page.
MyOwnConference is a platform where RoboMarkets holds all webinars. The service is available in any browser, that’s why all you have to do to join our webinars is to have a stable Internet connection along with headphones or speakers. You can’t download webinars from MyOwnConference, but you can watch them at any moment on “Past events” page.
A webinar usually lasts 50-60 minutes, but it may take longer in case of many questions asked by participants. In addition to that, the duration may change depending on the discussed topics and a host’s speech tempo.
Recordings of webinars, as well as presentations and other materials used during the lecture can be found on “Past events” page. Also, this page features photos from our offline events.
Unfortunately, webinars can’t be downloaded from our website or MyOwnConference platform. However, you can watch them online, they are uploaded to “Past Events” page in 2-3 days after they took place.
In this section, you will learn how to solve different technical issues, which you may face when connecting to webinars or during them.
In case of any technical difficulties, such as no sound/picture or problems with the chat, check your hardware and Internet connection. To do this, MyOwnConference offers you to run the test, which will quickly find out any failures.
Try to refresh the browser page with the webinar by pressing Ctrl+F5. In case it doesn’t help, reconnect to the Internet.
Make sure that the sound on your device is enabled. To do this, find a speakers (headphones) icon on the desktop of your laptop or PC and to open a dialog window and adjust the volume.
Reset the zoom level in your browser to 100%. After that, the chat will appear on the screen.
Refresh the webinar page (Ctrl+F5) or reconnect to the Internet.
Check the date and time on your device. In case they are incorrect, set them correctly.
