System administrator (IT Helpdesk)

RoboMarkets is expanding its IT team – we’re looking for a System administrator (HelpDesk)who is ready to learn and develop. The main tasks are employees technical support, maintenance and purchase of office equipment, local network. If you have a desire to develop, there is an opportunity to develop supporting of the office infrastructure, servers and services.

Job description:

  • Maintenance of uninterrupted performance of office equipment and IT systems
  • Acquisition and accounting of equipment
  • Technical support for other employees
  • Dealing with the office equipment performance issues
  • Administration of server and network infrastructure in the office
  • Development and fulfillment of regulations relating to maintenance of the office infrastructure and services
  • Participation in developing, expanding, and optimizing the server and network infrastructure
  • Provision of internal and external IT security
  • Quick response to critical issues
  • Support and development of archive and data backup systems
  • Control over the quality of services and equipment provided by providers and hardware suppliers
  • Implement and maintain technical documentation on network and service schemes up-to-date

Required skills and experience:

  • Ability to communicate with people, desire to help
  • Experience in working with Windows 10, Windows Server 2012-2019
  • Multi-tasking
  • Know how to get outside of a problem and find solution options

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Degree in IT engineering
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in the same position
  • Practical experience in working with virtualization systems
  • Experience in network system administration (DNS, DHCP, and others)
