Senior Data Analyst (Digital Marketing)

A Limassol-based European broker is looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Digital Marketing) to add to its team.
Job Responsibilities:
- The advanced setting of analytical and data tracking systems and (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.), including by means of GTM
- Analysis of traffic sources, behavioral factors, marketing funnels, the influence of different factors on business
- Setting and maintaining ETL systems, creating ad platform connectors
- Searching for growth areas and vice versa for increasing marketing efficiency
- Creating reports and researches with results, suggesting and testing hypotheses, performing A/B tests
- Creating marketing dashboards for reports and visualization of key efficiency measures
- Cooperation with the development department (setting objectives in analytics setup and testing)
Job Requirements for a candidate:
- At least two years of analytical experience
- Higher education
- Fluent Russian and English
- Proactiveness, communication skills, ambitions to grow professionally
- Programming experience in Python, Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience in tracking settings for mobile
- Sound knowledge of SQL (complex queries, analytic functions)
- Experience in working with analytic systems, such as Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Yandex.Metrica
- Experience in working with GCP, for example, Bigquery, App engine, cloud functions, etc
- Experience in creating and successfully implementing ML models
- Experience in creating ETL systems. We use a lot of advertising media to import data from
- Experience in working with BI systems and visualization services (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Data Studio, etc.)
