Senior PPC Specialist/Traffic Performance Specialist
Location and office: Limassol, Cyprus.Full-time
We’re looking for an employee with a specialty in “Senior Search Advertising/Traffic Performance Specialist” to add to our team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Working with automation systems of search engine advertising and analytics
- Planning, creation, and running promotional campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex.Direct, Facebook Ads, Google DoubleClick, and other paid customer attraction platform
- Effectiveness analysis of campaigns, the introduction of adjustments, report generation, preparation and implementation of optimization recommendations
- Optimization for target values and fulfillment of KPI's (CPC, CPA, CR, ROI, etc.)
- Working with web analytics systems, generation of reports and forecast
- Testing new advertising approaches and sources, a search for new ideas and development plans
- Participation in strategic planning
Required skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in individual conducting of promotional campaigns, targeted advertising, and other sources of automated traffic purchasin
- Ability to track and evaluate traffic (Google Analytics and other systems) for effective management of advertising campaigns
- Fluent Russian and English
- Active attitude, social skills, commitment to professional growth in digital advertising
Will be considered an advantage:

- Experience in working with GTM, BigQuery, Data Studio
- Experience in working for advertising agencies
- Experience in working in the FinTech industry
- Strong skills in monitoring trends, lifehacks, beta-instruments, and ability to adapt them for accomplishment of assigned tasks
