Relationship Manager (Payment Systems)

We are looking for a new bright member to join our Payment Systems Relations team in the Finance department in the Relationship Manager role.

Your role responsibilities:

  • Researching and analyzing new payment methods according to the current business needs
  • Delivering proposals of quality payment methods, meeting the business expectations of fees and rolling reserve conditions
  • Conducting negotiations of rates and contract terms with payment system providers
  • Ensuring the merchant agreement details match with the negotiated terms
  • Connecting banking systems to existing platforms
  • Monitoring the performance and acceptance ratio of newly implemented solutions
  • Maintaining documentation and internal communication with the legal, finance, IT, and other internal teams involved
  • Providing support with the KYC process

Your skills must include:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience with payment systems
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus
  • Outstanding negotiation and networking skills
  • Proficiency in English and Russian (both oral and written)
