HR Generalist

We are looking for a new bright member to join our HR & Administration team. The role is for an HR Generalist with a focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR Branding.

Your role responsibilities:

  • Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Developing the external and internal HR Brand
  • Conducting employee onboarding and assisting with the organization of training & development initiatives
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Promoting HR programmes to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensuring compliance with labour regulations
  • Taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience at all times
  • Assisting in the management of employee retention strategies
  • Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Your skills must include:

  • Proficient in English and Russian
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting (IT, Fintech), sourcing, and HR brand development
  • Understanding of modern selection methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in use of social media and job boards
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist will be considered an advantage
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training is a plus
